If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your full names, physical address, telephone number, email address and any other information that may not be listed above.


No service is billed on a subscription ("Subscription(s)") basis. You will however be billed in advance for any service you order on the platform.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 (change this) days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Return and Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at PhotoMasters. If you are not entirely satisfied with your photography service, we're here to help. You have 48hours from the date of the event to share your feedback. To be eligible for a return, your service be proven to be offered below the PhotoMasters service levels. Proof of this claim must be shared. The receipt or proof of purchase needs to be shared at this stage. Once we receive your complaints, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after investigating the service. If your complaint is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
